The Best is Yet to Come

We’re about a month away from the 30th anniversary of FB Displays and Designs. The past few month’s we’ve taken a look back at the company and the industry to see how they’ve grown and changed.

This week we asked around the office to look ahead and predict the future. What will we see in the NEXT 30 years? What will we see from the company? The industry?

Bill

I think in 30 years, Augmented Reality will be the new standard thing in exhibiting, like backlighting is now. I think technology will continue to be integrated into life and not interacting with that technology will be a huge miss. Or maybe I just read too much science fiction!

Francine

I envision a flourishing future for our FBD2/Apogee, building on the incredible progress witnessed in the past six months under Apogee's stewardship.

Our talented teams will continue to thrive and innovate, benefiting from Apogee's expansive resources and forward-thinking strategies.

The trade show and display industry will see remarkable advancements, driven by new technologies and sustainable practices that we've already started to embrace. I am confident that the industry and our teams will reach new heights, creating a lasting impact and setting new benchmarks for success.

Moira

In the near future, I expect our team will grow, both in numbers and offerings, I can't even fathom what that growth might look like in 30 years. In the industry, I expect to see even more tech integration into shows. The "internet of things" is on the rise in our homes, it only makes sense to see it in business and, in turn, in trade shows.

Tara

Looking ahead, I would love to see this company embrace Apogee's 'Environments' division here in the Buffalo area. We now have more opportunity and the capability to bring more creativity to our Buffalo community. There is so much to explore with corporate branding.

We’re excited to see where these next 30 years of business take us.
