Make Your Comeback with a Rental Exhibit
Trade shows are making a comeback but not everyone is ready to go full out on a new display just yet. Exhibit rental is a great way to ease yourself back into the world of trade shows.
Some reasons to rent include:
You need a modern look, but don’t have the budget to purchase
A new look each time you attend an annual show
You’re exhibiting at more shows than you have displays available
Testing your options before committing to a system
Your current display can’t be repaired in time
An economic approach to adding accessories to your booth
No matter the reason, renting a trade show exhibit allows you to have the professional look without all of the usual expenses of ownership. These can include warehousing, storage, and regular maintenance.
A few things to keep in mind when considering rental options:
Size: Sometimes the most obvious is the most looked over. It’s important to think about the area you will have at the show. Certain systems are more appropriate than others depending on your location and booth size.
Show Rules: Setup and teardown time, booth size, and height limitations are important to consider when choosing the display solution that is right for you. If the time allotted for installation is short, an uncomplicated system is best.
Flexibility: Be as flexible as possible when choosing a display system. Rental inventories are less customizable, but you may find something you never expected. There will likely be some traditional as well as trendy options available.
Reusability of graphics: You may only be exhibiting with this arrangement one time, but the right graphic elements can be used again and again, on future displays, on another system you already own, or in your offices.
Creativity in Design: If you only plan to use the graphics once, take this opportunity to test a new concept or let your designers flex their skills with a more daring design that will grab attendees’ attention.
Length of Rental: Pay close attention to warehousing, installation, and dismantle dates for your trade show and make sure the length of your rental allows enough time to ship the display to and from the show.
Options: You can also rent a variety of supplemental items to enhance your booth like lighting, flooring and furniture. Renting allows you to have high quality and fashionable pieces in your booth without breaking the budget!
